IS PROPER COMMUNICATION IMPORTANT?

Communication has been said to be one very important aspect of every relationship no matter the hierarchy.There's a relationship between an employee and employer,Husband and Wife, Parents and children;and the list goes on like that.Importance of proper communication can't be undermined and which is why humans should learn more on how to communicate properly,as a breakdown of proper communication can bring about a lot of chaos and setbacks.

In a Romantic relationship,some people have issues because they've decided not to communicate properly with their partners.I have always wondered when you don't talk to me about an issue ,how will you then assume that I already know when I have not had a proper communication with you.There was a time in my life when i was the queen of assumption.I assumed that person knew;assumed what the other person didnt think and it continued like that for a long time.This attitude of mine cost me a lot not until i changed it.I decided that if i could not politely ask for clarity concerning an issue,then i will just forget the matter totally.

As a girl who watched her parents quarrel a lot and up to the point that they relationship deteriorated badly,I have always wondered if things could ever remain the same.I knew they were other things that caused breakdown in their relationship then,but then proper communication was one very high cause while assumption was on another level.Even as they are much more older,there's still some gap left in their relationship but then,it's much better than it was then.
