Still not getting the idea on how is functioning this protocol of #delegate SP to @xiguang and after to receive #upvotes on our #blogs ...

I've delegated already 300 SP and posted 3 blogs, and no #upvotes yet from @xiguang ...

Can anyone explain how it functions?
