Can You Be At Peace With Getting Things You Do Not Understand How To Construct?

IQtruth.png

This is a big question.
This is a serious question.
And this is a question mostly for men.

Imagine that aliens came down and built a "Flying Saucer Factory".
If you want a flying saucer, go to the factory and push the button. One will be delivered to you shortly.
You can't study it. There is no clue about how it actually works. And no explanation is given to you.

Would you be fine with that? A lot of people, especially women (who deal with that almost every day they drive a car) would not care. Dude, free flying saucer, dude.

Now imagine something more mundane. A refrigerator. Those mother WEFers build it in their dark factories. You have to trade your work-chits for one. You do not know how it is made. You aren't allowed to work on it yourself. If those mother WEFers ever turn off your supply to refrigerators, you are out of luck.

Do you feel ok with this arrangement?

And this is exactly what happens when we send refrigerators and trains, to 3rd world countries. Imagine being beholden to another nation for your country's continued prosperity.

We need to think about this carefully and deeply. I think that there is only one refrigerator actually made in America. But, at least we have a lot of technicians that could work things out if China stopped exporting next week.

Engineered Helplessness

Those mother WEFers and those above them, have done everything they can to make our cars, appliances and computers a black box that people cannot understand. "No user repairable parts inside". Automobiles are actually simpler today than they were back in 50s. The computer controls make an engine seriously simple. (there are no spark gaps to measure, no carburator to adjust, no timing to adjust…) Yet, all the automakers have made it harder or impossible to work on a car. (and i mean IMPOSSIBLE!)

Guys back in the 60s were doing all kinds of modifications to their cars. Today, all the guys do is add bolt on parts. Rarely anything more. And, this is really caused by making the car unserviceable by the common person.

Everything is built to be thrown out, and not repaired. Often a new motor costs more than buying a whole new item. Often there is no replacement parts. Even a simple o-ring is not a standard size, and so cannot be replaced.

Basically, those mother WEFers have made it so that you CAN'T fix it, so you are completely reliant on them.

Constrained by IQ

I can think up, build and repair things that most of the world would find impossible.

Idiot proofing is a serious engineering problem.

If you can't get your car running again, should you own a car?

You can say, as did Buckminster Fuller, that the very intelligent are the engines that pull humanity forward. However, what i have found is that reducing the drag from the back of the train is just as important.

Right now, i could put together a car that gets 100 MPG. But only auto mechanics and engineers could keep it running. Things like hydrogen injection (dual fuel combustion) increase burn efficiency so much that every car should have it… except that you would have to teach every idiot how to fill up the hydrogen tank. (very explosive)

I could also add water injection. It makes the engine run cooler and much more efficient. However, you better be using purified water, and keep those injectors clean, or your engine breaks down. Also, you have to make SURE to change the oil. Especially just after you install the water injection.

I could also add air injection… no, seriously. The gasoline injectors spray a stream of liquid into the cylinder chamber. If you blast it with a stream of air, you can atomize that gasoline for a MUCH better burn. But, now you have just doubled the costs of building the injectors, and quadrupled the problems you would need to fix inside the engine.

These are a few examples of things we could do, right now, to increase fuel efficiency in cars. And all of them may be a bridge too far. They would make it so that most people couldn't drive a car. We already hear of people running their car with no oil. This would be a setup for worse problems.

Teaching Someone vs Doing It For Them

This is one of my biggest "wastes" of time. It is also the best use of my time ever!

I can go fix something for someone, only takes an hour. But, if i help someone else do it. Teaching them along the way, it often takes 3x longer. If they actually learn from this, and can do part of it, next time, alone. It is probably a good expenditure of wasted time.

So, the Americanos want to aid a 3rd world country. We get investment bankers to fund a railroad. We send engineers and a crack team of track layers over there, and build all that infrastructure. And then, they all pull out, and leave the 3rd world with what will soon be a broken train.

And then, some local, puts a gasoline engine on a flat car, with a belt drive, and gives people rides from one side to the other.

Really, we need to really look at "helping others".

Would things have been better if we trained locals to install tracks? The old way, with sledge hammers and picks?
With materials supplied locally? Teaching how to make concrete rail ties.
And then helping them build a iron smelter…

Nah, it is just way easier to get all that stuff from a country that has already spent the money on tooling up.

Today, we would have a SERIOUS problem trying to bring some African tribes into the modern age. Because we have forgotten so many of the steps to get from there to here.

However, if you go to Africa, you will find many people living in earth huts, that have cell phones.

And, that is one of the real lessons.

Putting in phone lines and switch hubs is EXTREMELY expensive and time consuming.
And it is also a technology that has been completely replaced by computer tech.

Almost no one knows how to build a cell phone, most elderly can't even reliably use one. But, you put in one cell tower, and the kids are all texting on their phones all day.

Soooo, is it better to do something for someone, or teach them how to do it themselves.
It really depends.

We live in a world where technically illiterate people get along fine with the technology.
As long as someone else keeps fixing it.
Is this good? OK?

Well, those mother WEFers have been pushing things this way. They would like a permanent lower class.

If you cannot build your way out of it, because you don't know how, you will be trapped permanently.

Would it be any different if some nice aliens show up and give us new-tech-device X?

We really need to build things so that they are repairable. Because then, people learn how to repair them. And that makes the world a better place.

Sort:

I intend to teach people to manufacture things on their own.

Like a refrigerator. Teach one person to mill the compressor. Another to make the coils. Another to make the box.

And then, we have open source refrigerator, designed for you to repair (or build if you want to.)
