School's initiative involving students

in CCS • 12 days ago

Hello friends

How are you all? I hope you are all doing very well by the grace of God. I am also doing very well by your prayers. I am going to start today's new post by greeting and congratulating all the brothers and sisters of 'ccs' on my behalf. There are some things that remain locked within the mind, never finding expression. Yet today, through this post, I have suddenly felt moved to voice those thoughts—words that had long been buried deep or even faded from memory. I hope you enjoy this post.

As on any other day, I arrived at our school at the scheduled time. Afterward, the assembly session began with the students. While the assembly was in progress, I observed the students gathered on the upper floor and captured a beautiful photograph of them with great care. I then came down to join the assembly and actively participated in conducting the session. The proceedings began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the National Anthem and the administration of the pledge. Next, the students performed PT exercises. The session continued in this manner until I learned that, for a special reason, a *Munajat* (supplication) and a prayer gathering needed to be arranged for the students.

The students were informed about the reason for organizing a small gathering on the school grounds. As you can see here, all the students had assembled to hear some important information from our headmaster. He presented the details to them very effectively. We are all likely aware of the tragic accident that occurred in Dhaka last year, when a plane crashed onto a school. That day became a deeply sorrowful one for our country. We were devastated to learn that some students had lost their lives and perished in the fire; we prayed earnestly for them. All these matters were conveyed to the students. They were also urged to exercise great caution while moving about and to be careful when commuting to and from school.

After the *Milad* concluded, I noticed that no special *Tabarruk* (refreshments) had been arranged for the students. At that moment, I felt a pang of sadness for my beloved students. However, *Alhamdulillah*, we had a system in our class where money was collected for absences; any student who was absent had to pay a fine of 10 Taka the following day. This rule existed because, to be absent, one had to submit a prior application or inform me, as leave was not granted without a valid reason. We had accumulated a fair amount of money through these fines, and I used those funds to arrange for *Tabarruk*. The students said they didn't need anything elaborate—just *Jhal Muri* (spicy puffed rice) would suffice. Without concerning myself with what the teachers of other classes did or didn't do, I simply arranged for *Jhal Muri* for my own beloved Class Four students. Teachers of other classes could have done the same had they tried. In any case, I made the arrangements myself and ensured the students were happy. They were delighted to enjoy the light snack and offered heartfelt prayers for the students who had lost their lives. That is how we observed the day. Today, I rediscovered these photos from the pages of the past, and recalling those memories, I have resumed sharing my activities.
