Trouble Opening the Game Despite Using My Private Key

I was just playing this game not long ago and I just cannot get it to open for whatever reason on my end. I have tried everything I can think of and tried a million different things I think could be wrong but nothing seems to work for me. The game just continues to throw this error.

I've already attempted everything normal, i've attempted to reopen the game, log in to test it on my side. I've tried those options, all I do is not open my game.

And when it didn't work I used my private key as I mentioned above so I don't know if it is my key, game or on the platform itself. I've checked the details that I have entered and tried again but it was the same result.

Misty Weather here, & holy hell? Not sure if this is one off for this time round or not but I need to sort this out before I can get going again? Anyone had this before or know how to get rid?

And I think I have done everything I actually need need to do so I was just wondering if maybe someone else has experienced this or if anyone has any thoughts on what it actually means and what I should do. Would love to be able to get my game up and running and be able to play the game, but I really struggle with figuring out all this when I don't actually know what the issue is.

If there is the simplest way to arrive at the best correct solution I surely would like to find it and I do like all hints and diagnostic jobs. What would you like to hear?
