There is no more exciting day for me here on Steemit! Today I am proud to share the accomplishment I just achieved a big milestone here on the platform: 9,000 Steem Power!

I'm so excited to be crossing this mark in my account balance as this shows to me that my consistency and willingness to work hard, to start moving forward, to keeping pushing on, to consistently creating content, entering contests and for being a part of the community is actually finally starting to have an effect. SP is not a number, it is my strength, my voting power.

How I Completed the Power-Up

Currently, to get over the 9,000 SP mark, I had to power-up directly from my account liquid STEEM, this was the first. Step-by-step, here's what I did:

1. Review my wallet: I go directly to my Steemit wallet and saw that I had a total of 30.782 STEEM in my liquid balance, and that my initial Steem Power was at 8,969.272 SP.

2. Activating the funds: I then clicked the bright green "Power up" right next to my tradeable STEEM.

3. Enter amount: I selected "Use max" at the power-up prompt to power up my 30.782 STEEM, then selected "Continue".

1. Confirmed the Transaction: Afterward I once again verified the transfer on the confirmation screen (30.782 STEEM into SP to @entity01), then I entered my Active Key and selected "Confirm power up".

2. Final line reaching: After finishing the transaction my wallet was refreshed and I could see on the line my total 9000.054 SP with 0.000 liquid STEEM left!

90,000 SP goes to "every little bit helps" It is very important to do your part for growth on a daily basis. Every post, every upvote, every curation reward earned has helped me to this point. I am still a long way off but I will keep powering up, helping other authors and reaching towards my next reward. Thanks for all your continued support of my post!

Let's keep growing together.
