Another day playing Steem Ludo 🎯
Just got in to some Steem Ludo, jumped straight into a game of Ludo Snake on the platform! Have you had a chance to try it out on the platform? It's a killer combination of the standard board game elements with a little free to play digital action.
I also held onto my Daily Reward prizes, ready to add to my token bank, boost my account in anticipation of aiming for one of the cool new prizes (or to buy a die like my soon to be coveted Ruby die, which is over 7 days of saving).
When I entered the lobby, I perused the game modes-and there are choices for Quick Matches with SteemX, 2 Player auto-match, Tournaments, and Practice versus bots. I wanted to play a match of Ludo Snake to put my skills to the test.
What a game! Racing around the squares, avoiding hazards, and trying to get the maximum from each individual dice roll keeps you on the edge of your seat. My opponent (@ludosnakebot) managed to stay close during the middle game and got as far as square 70 in 27 rolls, but a little bit of luck, and a sensible approach for a couple of turns, got me past the finish line first! I officially won the game after getting to Square 80 in 32 rolls.
It was such a super smooth and fun session overall. Besides Ludo Snake the main dashboard has so many features to explore to keep things exciting-from private table creation to unique shop offers featuring STEEM rewards, boosters, and custom dice skins. Climbing the scoreboard and playing games that are integrated in to the Steem ecosystem makes every win even sweeter.
