Playing SteemLudo while I wait.

While waiting for my wife at the market, I decided to play a game. It was an exciting match overall, full of ups and downs: I started off winning, then the bot took the lead, then I was ahead again, but in the end, the bot won. It was a painful defeat; it’s disappointing to have the kind of advantage I did and still not win.

Souce
I was dominating the board; I had four pieces in play because I had rolled high numbers.

Souce
At this point, I captured one of the bot's pieces; it didn't mean much, as the piece had barely started moving forward.

Souce
In this part, I captured a second piece from the bot; this one was particularly significant because it had already covered a good distance.

Souce
I made a lot of progress in the game during this part—so much so that I was able to get two pieces into the safe zone.

Souce
At this point, we both made enough progress without threatening each other.

Souce
At this point, the bot started gaining ground; it captured one of my pieces and then returned it. It was my last piece—I had almost promoted three of them—but if you still have one left, you don't win.

Souce
At this point, the bot pulled way ahead—so much so that it overtook me—but I hadn't lost the game yet; I was still fighting.

Souce
In the home stretch, I managed to get my last piece out and move forward; the bot had already reached the final "crowning" stage, but it was on the verge of losing.

Souce
At this point, the die decides who wins and who loses.

Souce
Even though I managed to crown three pieces, the bot beat me; it just got luckier than I did. Ultimately, it was quite frustrating to lose after having such a strong lead, but that’s the game.

Souce
The winner is the bot.
