Cool but warm
She asked him for a favor, which stunned him for a bit. She asked for him to model for her, as she was learning to paint, she explained.
"Just a few hours. All you need to do is just look at me and smile.... or don't smile, anything you are comfortable with", she said.
He liked and admired her in silence but she didn't know, and he was too happy to be asked. Though, he never thought he was handsome, let alone to be her model. Too shy to say no, he said yes instead and followed her to her studio.
She led him to his standing position, just in front of the window. The window that oversees the sky outside and the buildings nearby. It was a gray day, it looked like rain was looming near. But it was okay since they were all indoors.
Standing there, he felt awkward and tried to smile. The smile didn't turn out well, as his face muscles started to ache. He could see she was working hard, drawing, and then painting, moving into different positions and changing angles ever so often.
He couldn't see what she was doing but his face muscles turned into a serious look. Deep inside, he was admiring her from the front, seeing her every movement made him melt. But he can't show her that, and just tried to act cool and distant while wondering if his tie was straight.

It will be so awkward for him, poor secret admirer. It's sad he feels he isn't handsome when she literally chose him to be her model. But she proved him wrong with that painting.
Yaa poor fella, feeling he wasn't good enough. But the girl certainly thinks he is. But that is the beauty of love, isn't it? And these two probably are admiring each other in secret and in silence.
Love is blind, and in this case also shy 😂 Someone needs to push them together already.
