Our mind flashes back to the COVID-19 lockdown immediately we hear or see the word lockdown.
That's because we witnessed it firsthand.
It was no longer a word, we actually lived it.
For months we were restricted.
During this time, we valued the freedom we had walking around, going through our daily activity.
We prayed for the lockdown to be lifted.
The joy when the lockdown was lifted.
The dread of a lockdown.
Some folks actually loved the lockdown.
Many businesses and idea were birthed during the lockdown.
Every change has its advantages and disadvantages too.
Lockdown can be for a specific reason, maybe to help relax a situation.
The best thing is to maximize the time you have for something helpful to you, you would not have to regret your actions in the end.

It was a strange period. Many always saidd they wishes to stay home for longer Tomas they like. Once they could they already complained after one day. All of a sudden they also missed visiting family and friends. The family and friends they never visited but spoke at most through a message, after all they were way to busy to visit in real life.

Of course, everyone have their preference, some love the lockdown, while others hate being kept indoors.

To be frank, I really enjoyed the COVID-19 lockdown. It gave me enough time to build myself and grow up.

I liked it too and many with me. Those being bullied at schools and the working places included.

I only knew the word "lockdown" from prisons, the inmates I had for penpalls over a decade. Among them where also artists and I remember one telling me these where the best times where he could paint peacefully without being bothered.

It's true.
It gave most people the time they needed to explore and do the things they needed to do.
