I love old machines even though we are fascinated with the new things.
When something new comes along, maybe a new invention. We immediately discard the old stuff, some even dispose the old gadgets (still working perfectly), just because they want to keep status in the society.
I have no problem with that actually, but the old engines, the old machines are really powerful.

It's funny how we eventually buy most of those old things at a high rate later on in the future because it is now scarce and most of the materials are not in the market anymore.

Some say the old looks on the machine is discouraging to them. They prefer the new flashy things. Most times appearance does not mean effectiveness. I prefer the old actually, it usually last longer and it is usually stronger.
I think the new version is more of appearance, and improvement in some fancy areas.

Those only flashy things buy something without spare parts, good to throw away and what will not last long unlike the old l, which were designed for a lifetime.
With wars increasing worldwide, the richest people will be those cluttering these things.

First it was antiques, next second hand and now you are hot if you go for vintage (also second hand).

I thought my location was the only affected area, now I see it is spreading.
It is sad to see people following the trend sheepishly.
