Hello everyone, and greetings to all art lovers. Today, I’d like to take you on a tour of a home that is cool, breezy, and comfortable, featuring a large river, lush trees, and an abundance of flowering plants.
For this project, I am using the drawing app ibis Paint X; it is easy to use and understand, offers a wide range of tools, and is perfect for beginners.
Here, I am using a 1:1 aspect ratio (2048x2048) and the brush tool marked in red to create the initial sketch.
In the initial stage, we create sketches of the house and yard, a boat, and other supporting elements using the brush marked in red.
Next, we select the desired colors; here, I am using dark blue, light blue, brown, black, and green.
Next, we use the smudge tool—marked in red above—to blend colors into a gradient or shading on the object.
During the coloring stage, I colored the sky and clouds first—since they form the background—using blue and white; I then blended the colors to create a gradient effect on the clouds using the smudge brush tool (marked in red).
Next, several green trees were added in the background.
Next, we add color: blue for the house and dark red for the roof, and green for the plants; then, we blend it using a blending brush, as shown in the previous image.
Next, add some color to the boat and a few grass-like shadows on the lawn; then, create a small garden using a standard brush tool with green paint, and add red flowers in the front yard.
The final stage involves adding shadows to the river water and applying gradients to the roof.
AND HERE ARE THE RESULTS
Thanks for joining me on a tour of the house today; I’d appreciate your support and comments.
Lo que aprendí al ver tu paso a paso es que el smudge tool marcado en rojo marca la diferencia en la atmósfera del cielo. Sin vueltas, ese gradiente de azul a blanco le da vida a la escena 🌅.

That's exactly right; the brush blends those images, creating a gradient effect and a realistic look.
I wonder how can you make this digital art very nicely. I really enjoyed it while reading and seeeing your post. Stunning work
I use the Ibis Paint X app; it is very easy to learn, and anyone can use it.
I hope this true, but even if not, it is a motivating reply you wrote.
