digital portrait drawing of the women with hair like the ocean

Hello everyone how are you all today? I hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
today i made a new digital portrait painting.
I spent quite some time on drawing the skin.
and i love how the end result became.
let me know your thoughts on this drawing.

here are some process shots and i will also describe the process a bit.
Like any good drawing i start with a rough sketch, i draw portraits with the circle divided in three methods, gives you an ideal face ratio. Honestly, they don't always turn out good specially if they are in difficult positions that i haven't mastered yet.
But i loved how this sketch was coming out. after the sketch comes the coloring part. i use three different layers, skin, hair and cloths. Most of the time i try to keep the layers as low as possible because its gets difficult and frustrating to manage too many layers.
then comes the light and shadow layers that i eventually merge with the original layers. i like drawing eyes and so i take my time with it.
do you know the fun part is? adding the highlights. i absolutely love doing that part. the dicision to make the cloth look like full of holes was a bit wild one but i think fashion wise it turned out nice.

at end a fitting background that makes the drawing pop such as adding round bubbles.
