For this occasion, I am using a 1:1 aspect ratio (2048×2048) and the brush tool marked in red.
Next use several colors, black for the deer and hill silhouettes, dark blue for the background, white and gray for the full moon and fog shadows
Next, we create an initial sketch of the deer and the hill.
Next, to draw the moon's circular shape, use the circle template marked in red.
Next, black color is applied to the deer and the cliff.
Next, apply a dark blue background color and use the watercolor brush tool to create effects on the moon using white and gray, until it resembles the moon.
Once the moon is shaped like a full moon, erase its outer edges using the circle tool and add a subtle fog effect using the watercolor brush tool.
AND HERE IS THE RESULT: FULL MOON DEER
I hope the steps outlined above prove useful to many people; please feel free to share your suggestions, comments, and ratings.
