Inktober 2026 #5: Ogre & #6: Panic
This is me, trying to keep the promise to myself to participate for every prompt and boy, ogre and panic were not easy for me.
It is funny, I watch movies and dramas that have ogre in it, and I can imagine how panic looked like in my head but when it comes to drawing them, my mind became totally blank. The devil is in its details and I think it is because I usually imagine overall, I don't see the details, maybe that is why. I had to search online for a sample and tried to draw from there.
My freewrite, Ogre and Panic, Ray in his dream or nightmare came face to face, himself hidden, with an ogre. I wanted to draw them both together in a "scene" but it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. In the end, they were separate haha.
Let me share the pencil to ink to coloring process for each:
I was wondering if he looked panic enough haha.
And I wondered if the ogre looked scary enough..

Both Shrek and Incredible Hulk were green, and green it was...

And gosh, they both looked so different from the actual images I found online 😅.

Inktober #6: Ogre
Inktober #7: Panic

If you ask me you do well. I found miniscule troublesome and today's prompt the worst thus far.
I believe you have a style of your own.
This vote is yours and deserved! Let's read, comment and connect.

Thank you Kitty!! ❣️❣️❣️
O dear.. I haven't seen the prompts passed mystical. Need to catch up on my freewrite too. I think my style is cartoonish haha.
