Chicken Korma recipe videography.
Assalamu Alaikum, dear friends—how is everyone doing? Today, I am back with another videography blog. I’m going to share a fantastic recipe with you—one that people usually prepare in various ways. However, I make it using a simple method: I just marinate the ingredients and cook them directly. It is incredibly easy and quick to prepare, yet it tastes absolutely delicious.
Usually, I take my time preparing these recipes, but since I was short on time that day—and had all the ingredients right at hand—I decided to make this Chicken Korma quickly. Everyone loves chicken, and I enjoy experimenting with different recipes rather than sticking to the same one all the time; I try to prepare it in various ways because the result is always incredibly delicious and visually tempting.
I had shared the step-by-step Chicken Korma recipe with you all quite some time ago, but I hadn't yet shared the video blog of the process, so I decided to put that together today. First, I cut the chicken into small pieces, washed them, and set them aside to drain thoroughly, ensuring there was no excess water left. Next, I used a blender to create a paste from beresta (fried onions), cashews, almonds, raisins, and a few other ingredients. I mixed this paste into the chicken along with all the powdered spices and let it marinate for about an hour.
Then, I heated oil in a pan, sautéed some chopped onions, and added the chicken to begin the cooking process. By sautéing everything together, I avoided the hassle of frying the spices separately, which saved a lot of time. I added all the remaining ingredients and finished cooking the dish. I hope you enjoy it!
