My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2022

A good day at work. Weather was mix of sunny and cloudy. More cloudy later in the day.

In the evening after work, I first completed few of my chores and then went out to high street to do my actifit steps. Spent 30/35 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
