My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2022
A good start of the day. Today was my day off.
Weather was good today.
After 12am, i went to office to meet my colleague. Spent a few hours in the office and then came back home.
In the evening, i went out to shop and also do my actifit steps. Spent 30/35 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.
Added few more steps walking indoors.
Completing 7000+ steps for the day.
